Full instructions in attachment. Write two legal memorandums, one for each lawyer arguing a custody case. Must include statutes or case law to support each side with full citations in the body of the memo as well as include the first three pages of the case law used or any supporting documents used. At least one outside source ( Not Lexis based) has to be used. It does not have to be a specific amount of pages/words.
