Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements This project is an opportunity to explore the strategies and techniques required in coaching through a crucial conversation. Working with your assigned new partner together demonstrate 2 versions of a Crucial Conversation with all four elements of “stating my path”. In one version, have the conversation be ineffective, in the second have it be effective. We will be using Blackboard Collaborate for this session. There is no required power point for this session. This project is based on the readings contained in the Crucial Conversations textbook.
