My dissertation is centered around “turnover Intentions”. I work for the federal governement “JIATFS” Joint Task Force South in Key West Florida. We currently have a 10% turnover rate but if other could leave tomorrow they would. I will upload my SMR form. This will be the outline. The topic I would to address is: Introduction of the Problem; Problem statement; Purpose of the study; Theorical Framework (Public Service Motivation); Rationale; Assumptions and limitations and conclusion.
