Harassment Question: The defendants who are involved in a limited Civil case (that was filed in Dec 2019) with me have been filing non stopped harassment cases with a local court (3 times which all dismissed – July 2019, Dec 2020, July 2021). They never once served me with any of these complaints. But then for our civil case, they filed a Vex litigant against me even they are the ones harassing me past 7 years. What options can I do to use this to against these 2 defendants? Would this kind of behavior/ actions from the defendants, give me any advantages for the Civil case?
