second opinion] i’m a family court in California all of our community property is under the atro. The petitioner executed a cash out refi on our investment property without my knowledge or consent. Do I have any recourse against the mortgage brokers, escrow or title company? several months later they did a refi on our primary residence knowing that the petitioner was committing fraud by stating owner occupied on both loans. do I have any recourse?
