I was at a bank. When s lady came in she had two of the pull behind suitcases with her. Someone said to me that she’s going to take money from other people’s accounts. A minute later the power went out. She covered the suitcases with a blanket. She smiled and said something to me. We all walked out of the building. I called 911…trying to follow her in a very small area around the bank. Eventually saw her get on a bus and leave. But the suitcases remained behind.
