Previously, you took the Hamilton Depression Inventory and a version of the Myers Briggs. Using your results, prepare a professional written report for these results. Write the report as if the tests were taken by a client (not you). Use the Guidelines for Report Writing in Chapter 17 to write the report. You should write one complete report which contains and integrates the information from both tools. A sample form is attached.
