Redesigning Teacher compensation may help with recruitment and retention

How would a school leader educate a defined subgroup of stakeholders to include parents, teachers, students on the policy itself to aid in the implementation in the school district. Overall, this paper should focus on strategies to redesign the current teacher compensation system and explore ways in which the teaching profession can receive training and compensation similar to other professionals in business, medical residents, etc.
